Booking & Payment

• A booking is only confirmed once payment or a deposit has been received.
• Full payment deadlines will be confirmed during the booking process.
• Prices are dependent on: Destination, Departure airport, Experience, and Number of travellers

Fixture Changes

• Match dates and kick-off times may change.
• Super Stadiums cannot be held responsible for fixture amendments made by leagues, clubs, broadcasters, or governing bodies.

Travel Documents

• Customers are responsible for ensuring they hold valid passports, visas, insurance, and travel documentation.

Cancellations

• Deposits are non-refundable.
• Cancellation charges may apply depending on notice period and supplier terms.

Ticketing

• Ticket locations may vary.
• Seat allocation cannot always be guaranteed.
• Tickets may be supplied by clubs, partners, or authorised providers.

Behaviour

• Customers must comply with stadium regulations and local laws.
• Super Stadiums reserves the right to refuse or terminate services where behaviour is deemed unsafe, abusive, or illegal.

Force Majeure

• Super Stadiums shall not be liable for delays, cancellations, or changes caused by events outside of our reasonable control, including extreme weather, transport disruption, government restrictions, or force majeure events.

Liability

• Super Stadiums acts as an organiser and facilitator of football travel experiences.
• Liability is limited to the value of the booking unless otherwise required by law.
